ABOUT MY PROJECT

Immersing in culture, history, environment, and community. The Malama Loko Ea fishpond in Haleiwa I found offered me all of these opportunities. I contacted Sayo Costantino the education program director she allowed me to come visit the pond and conduct data even further my project idea.

So I developed a data collection system that would span over 3 months in the winter 2016-2017 taking data in Keiki fishpond in Loko Ea. This would help future prospering of keiki pond as the health of the pond could now be documented. I believe this will help the future alterations and improvements to the pond to be successful as it grows.
